This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled by Makhana Farm Co.. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms stated below.
Wholesale Orders Only
Makhana Farm Co. operates strictly as a wholesale supplier. All products are supplied in bulk packaging (10kg bags) and are intended for traders, wholesalers, and bulk buyers.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.
Refunds
- If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are initiated within 5โ7 business days after cancellation approval.
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of agricultural and food products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the goods have been dispatched, except in cases of transit damage or incorrect supply.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. Each case will be reviewed individually, and appropriate action will be taken at our discretion.
Payment Processing
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Makhana Farm Co. does not store your card or payment details.
