Orders & Pricing

• All prices are quoted on a per kilogram basis.
• Minimum order quantity is one 10kg bag unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change based on market conditions and availability.
• Orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.

Payments

Payments made through the website are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your payment details. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or agreed payment terms.

Shipping & Dispatch

Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, logistics availability, and external factors. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the transport provider.

Product Quality

We ensure reasonable quality control and grading standards. However, minor variations in size, color, or texture are natural in agricultural products and do not constitute defects.
