Makhana Farm Co. operates strictly as a wholesale supplier of fox nuts (makhana). All products are supplied in bulk packaging (10kg bags) intended for traders, wholesalers, distributors, processors, and bulk buyers.

Orders & Pricing

• Prices are quoted on a per kilogram basis.
• Minimum order quantity is one 10kg bag unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may vary based on grade, size, and market conditions.
• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payments

Payments made through the website are processed securely via Razorpay. Makhana Farm Co. does not store customer card, UPI, or banking details. Orders are processed only after payment confirmation or mutually agreed payment terms.

Shipping & Dispatch

Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary depending on logistics availability, destination, and external factors. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the transporter.

Product Quality

We follow reasonable quality control and grading standards. As an agricultural product, minor variations in size, color, or texture are natural and do not constitute defects.
